Ray Chatary, Jr. is the Chief Operating Officer of Mark Perry Productions (MPP), where he collaborates closely with the CEO to shape and execute the company’s long-term growth strategy. In this role, he oversees sales, marketing, and service operations, while driving overall P&L performance. Ray is also leading transformational improvements in delivery execution, with a strong focus on quality and safety.

With over 35 years of industry experience, Ray has held leadership roles in operations, service delivery, account management, and sales. He is recognized as a thought leader and strategist, known for implementing innovative initiatives that streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and establish best practices.

Before joining MPP, Ray spent 25 years in senior executive roles at Pomeroy, AVASO Technology Solutions, and CompuCom, managing global operations. Earlier in his career (1988 – 1993), he worked with the Internal Revenue Service and Computer Sciences Corporation, supporting special projects for the intelligence community.

Ray holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from Capitol Technical University (formerly Capitol College) and a Master of Science in Information and Telecommunications Systems from The Johns Hopkins University.

A Maryland native, Ray has called Houston, Texas, home for the past 28 years. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, riding motorcycles, and staying committed to his faith.
